Governance
- Establishing governance principles, standards, and expectations for improvement activities
- Monitoring program health, risks, and opportunities
Project Selection and Prioritization
- Reviewing and prioritizing improvement opportunities
- Supporting selection of Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Green Belt projects, and other strategic improvement initiatives
Leadership Engagement
- Advocating for continuous improvement across schools and administrative units
- Encouraging participation and leadership support
Capability Building
- Supporting Green Belt development, Facilitators in Training (FITs), and CI Champions
- Promoting knowledge sharing and organizational learning
