Students who live on campus are eligible for resident parking. Permits are valid 24/7. Pascault Row Residents will be assigned to the Lexington Street Garage.
The resident student parking fee is $550 if paid by Sept. 6, or two installments of $300 after Sept. 6.
You must be registered for campus housing to apply for resident parking. Submit your completed resident parking application to the Cashiers Office located at the SMC Campus Center, Lower Level, Room 002D.
Resident students are not allowed to purchase daily (commuting student) parking permits. Daily permits do not allow overnight parking.
When you first arrive on campus, park at the Lexington Street Garage, located at the corner of Lexington and Pine streets. Visit the Cashiers Office to pick up your permit.
Resident student parking permits may be purchased Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To obtain your permit, bring your University ID, vehicle information, and cash, check, or credit card for payment. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Resident students may obtain visitor parking vouchers for parking after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends at the garage where the student is assigned.
