Students who live on campus are eligible for resident parking. Permits are valid 24/7. Pascault Row residents will be assigned to the Lexington Street Garage.
Starting Aug. 1, resident student parking for Pascault Row is $550 yearly if paid by Sept. 14; after Sept. 14, semester rates apply; semester rates are two installments of $330 before each semester.
Fayette Sqaure residents should contact Fayette Square directly at 410-706-5523.
Summer rates are in effect from May 20 thru July 31.
You must be registered for campus housing to apply for resident parking. Submit your completed resident parking application to the Cashier's Office located at the SMC Campus Center, Lower Level, Room 002D.
Resident students are not allowed to purchase daily (commuting student) parking permits. Daily permits do not allow overnight parking.
Residents at Fayette Square Apartments interested in a parking permit should call 410-706-5523.
When you first arrive on campus, park at the Lexington Street Garage, located at the corner of Lexington and Pine streets. Visit the Cashier's Office to pick up your permit.
Resident student parking permits may be purchased Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To obtain your permit, bring your University ID, vehicle information, and cash or credit card for payment.
Resident students may obtain visitor parking vouchers for parking after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends at the garage where the student is assigned.
