UMB Housing has officially ceased operations at the close of business Friday, February 28, 2025. Pascault Row residents may continue to utilize umbhousing@umaryland.edu as it will be monitored by student affairs.

To Apply
You must be registered with 500 W to apply for 500 W parking. Once your application is received and processed, you will be notified via email for an appointment. All parking request are done by appointment only, walk-up service is not available.
Residents at 500 W. interested in a parking permit should call 410-706-5523.
500 W residents are not allowed to purchase daily or monthly commuting student parking permits. Daily and monthly commuting permits do not allow overnight parking.
Permit Pickup
When you first arrive on campus, park at Lexington Street Garage, located at the corner of Lexington and Pine streets, until you are able to secure parking. Parking is set at a flat rate of $7 at that location for students during student parking registration only. After student parking registration has ended, visitor rates will apply.
500 W. parking permits may be purchased only using the information above. To obtain your permit, bring your University ID, vehicle information, and cash or credit card for payment.
