The Structural Trades team combines our Lock, Paint, and Multi-Trades shops under one umbrella within Operations & Maintenance, keeping our UMB campus spaces and our satellite location at the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center (MPRC) - secure, functional, and welcoming. Alongside day-to-day maintenance, the team also provides leadership for small renovation projects, coordinates subcontractors, manages project budgets, and performs facility impact reviews for Design & Construction and O&M initiatives. Together, these services support the safety, appearance, and usability of all UMB facilities.
