The Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is used to manage the full recruitment process - from creating job postings to reviewing applications, tracking candidates, and extending offers.

Supervisors use the ATS in collaboration with their HR representative to monitor applicants' progress and document hiring decisions. The system promotes consistency, compliance, and transparency throughout the process.
