The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) will transition to a new applicant tracking system, Quantum One, effective February 2, 2026.
To prepare for this transition:
- The last day to apply and submit electronic applications through our current system, Taleo, is January 26, 2026.
- Beginning February 2, 2026, all job postings and applications will be managed through Quantum One.
If you are selected as a top candidate or potential hire for a position posted in Taleo, you will be required to reapply through Quantum One once the new system is live. Additional instructions will be provided at that time.
