OCPA partners with campus units, including schools, to provide a range of paid services. Below, you'll find an overview of how projects work, along with typical timelines and fees, so you know what to expect from the start.

Getting Started

All projects require a work request form before work can begin.

This ensures we have the details needed to scope your project, provide accurate timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

Deadlines and Scope

To maintain high-quality work, most projects begin with a projected three-week timeline.

• Some projects may be completed sooner
• Larger or more complex projects may take longer
• If you have a specific deadline, let us know in your request along with the reason

This helps us plan appropriately and determine whether adjustments or rush options are needed.

Timelines and Fees

We are a paid service on campus. Below are the fees for the different services. If you are unsure of the time a project might take, please fill out a work request form and select “This is an estimate.”

All projects must have a work request form for work to start on the project. 

Deadlines and Scope

To ensure that our work is high-quality, all projects start with three-week projected deadlines. This does not always mean that your project will take the full three weeks. Larger projects might take longer, depending on the scope of the product. Other smaller projects might take less time. Please state if there is a specific reason why you need the project done by a certain date. 

Rush Orders

Our usual turnaround time for a standard project is three weeks. If you have a “rush project” that is needed within a week , you will be charged a rush fee, starting at $125. If you need to use our rush service, please note that in your work order request and we can let you know what the rush fee would be for your project. Please note that rush projects are subject to availability; we may not always be able to accommodate a rush request.
