The institutions involved include the Institute for Genome Sciences and the Institute for Vaccine Development and Global Health, at the University of Maryland, Baltimore; the Institute for Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, NOVA University, in Lisbon, Portugal; and the National Institute for Health Research, in Luanda, Angola.
