    The Baltimore City Scholars Award is designed to provide annual scholarship support for incoming or current students at UMB who graduated from a high school in Baltimore City. The scholarship will assist students as they pursue their education. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree-granting program at UMB, have graduated from a high school in Baltimore City, be in good academic standing, and demonstrate financial need.
