    Veganuary

    January 1, 2025

Logo stating Veganuary starts in January.
Join the New Years Revolution by participating in Veganuary!

What is Veganuary? It's an international movement that began in 2014 calling on people across the world to commit to eating vegan the entire month of January. You can create your own kind of Veganuary based on what you can commit to, like only eating vegan food for the whole month, having Meatless Mondays, or trying vegan recipes on the weekend! Check out Veganuary's website where you can sign up for emails, find starter kits (like some of the ones we've linked below), and plenty of more resources!

Sharing Veganuary with your Friends, Family, and Others at UMB:

    - Get your family members involved and designate a specific day of the week as the vegan day.

    - Organize a potluck with your friends and have everyone show off a new vegan meal.

    - Get your coworkers involved as accountability partners and check in with each other throughout the month. You could also host a potluck at work too!
