Policy Statement

It is the policy of the University of Maryland, Baltimore to provide tuition fellowships to selected graduate students who are enrolled full-time in graduate degree programs. The University of Maryland Graduate School, Baltimore shall provide to students and faculty guidelines and procedures for the administration of the program.
