Andrea Morgan has been part of the UMB community for more than two decades. Graduating from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1990, she has worked on campus for 25 years, and her favorite part of her job as director of student advocacy and cultural affairs in the dental school’s Office of Admissions is still the students.

She has been giving to UMB since 2006. Her first gift was inspired by the example of another donor who helped ensure that students who came to the dental school would be successful. Her second was in honor of a staff member who passed away, remembering the diligent work he had done to take care of the whole school community, students and faculty alike. “I think it is important to give to UMB annually to ensure we are helping to create scholarship opportunities for students to receive the educational experiences they want and deserve.”
