My daughter got her two covid shots in November of 2021, when she was 11 yo. Now that she's 12 and it's been six months since her second shot, can she just get the 12yo booster, or does she need to start over with the full 12-17(?) regimen?

A child should receive the vaccinations according to their age at that time of their visit. You daughter presumably received the vaccines appropriate for age 11 years. For her next dose of vaccine (booster dose), she should receive the dose according to her age of 12 years.
