My wife and I are both boosted, I came down with a breakthrough covid case (today is the 5th day since symptoms showed). We have 2 children under 3 so they are not vaccinated and I have been wearing my N95 mask and religiously washing my hands but keeping distance is very difficult as one is only 7 months. When can I go back to helping full time, when can I take my mask off inside and can I be around my wife maskless while we are alone together?

If you have access to at-home rapid antigen tests (RAT) then I would feel confident that you can take off your mask if you have a negative test.  If you don’t have access to a RAT, then I would remain masked until after 10-days.
