Why doesn't the SCOTUS decision on Presidential immunity, ' “Congress cannot act on, and courts cannot examine, the President’s actions on subjects within his ‘conclusive and preclusive’ constitutional authority,” Roberts said, citing several landmark Supreme Court decisions.', apply to the President's daily activities regarding foreign policy and national security?

As I read Trump v. United States, absolute presidential immunity applies to all presidential exercises of Article II powers.  The President has absolute immunity when exercising Article II powers concerning foreign policy and national security.
