PMP At a Glance

Supervisors are required to follow the Performance Management Program (PMP) when evaluating employees. The PMP is designed to support your employee’s growth and success.

This process will help you clarify goals, track progress, and provide meaningful feedback throughout the year. Every supervisor is expected to complete evaluations by the end of each performance cycle.

Performance Cycle: April 1 – March 31
