Three Providers to Choose From
Benefit-eligible employees may select coverage from one of three medical plans.

CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield EPO and PPO
Plans include vision services, mental health services, and supplies. In general, all options under PPO and EPO plans cover the same services, however, participating provider networks for each plan are different.

Kaiser Permanente
Members of the Kaiser Plan must use participating providers for all services. All plans include vision services, mental health services, and supplies.

United Healthcare Select
Plans include vision services, mental health services, and supplies. In general, all options under the Choice EPO and Choice Plus PPO plans cover the same services, however, participating provider networks for each plan are different.
Summary of Benefits and Coverage
The plans' participating provider networks vary. Be sure to carefully review each plan’s coverage, limitations, and participating providers and facilities in the plan’s network.
