UMB Faculty Served as Special Collection Editors for Annals of Public Health
Virginia Rowthorn, assistant vice president for Global Engagement and executive director of the Center for Global Engagement, and Dr. Yolanda Ogbolu, Dean of the School of Nursing, served as special collection editors for “Global Learning for Health Equity: Developing Innovative Solutions with Partners Around the World,” which was published by the Annals of Public Health in April.
In addition, Ogbolu, Rowthorn, and Shadae Chambers, senior research project coordinator at the School of Nursing, co-authored “Global Learning for Health Equity: Assessing Pilot Grants as a Tool to Advance the Strategy” in the same issue.
Rowthorn and Ogbolu are co-directors of the Global Learning for Health Equity Network, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded effort based at UMB.
