Dr. Gerald Kayingo, professor and chairman of Health Professions Education at the School of Graduate Studies, received a Robert K. Pedersen Global Outreach Grant from the Physician Associate Foundation for the project “Empower Without Borders: Developing a Scalable Implementation Model for Diabetes Self-Management in Buyamba County of Rural Uganda (Project Simba).”
