Nursing Professor Joins Global Discussion on Nursing Workforce
Dr. Angelica Fernandez-Dizon, assistant professor at the School of Nursing, shared her insights on health workforce planning and the future of primary care on a virtual panel hosted by the Pan American Health Organization. The event, held in honor of International Nurses Day on May 12, drew nearly 2,000 attendees from 61 countries across the Americas to discuss health workforce planning and the future of primary health care.
