The Henriatta Selle Tiri Scholarship program of the UMB Graduate School is a competitive fulltuition scholarship program for UMB affiliates/collaborators based outside the U.S. Eligible affiliates can enroll in fully paid M.S. Health Science and M.S. in Global Health, offered entirely online to allow students flexibility in balancing work and school.

Eligible applicants include:

• Staff of Maryland Global Initiatives Corporation (MGIC) international branch and affiliate country offices
• UMB-associated local organization staff, such as BUMMHI, Ciheb-Kenya, IHVNigeria, and Ciheb-Zambia
• Staff working for implementing partners who have a subaward or contract from a UMB-funded initiative in a non-U.S. setting, such as CVD-Mali
• International collaborators who have worked with UMB faculty and staff for two or more years on a joint project, such as research, service delivery, or an educational exchange

The scholarship application deadline is February 15, 2023. This is a hard deadline and incomplete applications will not be accepted.
