Faculty, staff and students who plan to travel internationally must now complete the Essential Travel Request Form in addition to the existing UMB online travel request process.

 

Separate forms are available in DocuSign for faculty/staff and students. There are complete instructions included in the form itself. As each part of the process is completed and signed/initialed, it moves automatically to the next required section.

 

In addition, the United States is now requiring all arriving air passengers provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19, starting January 26. Read more about the new requirement on the CDC website.
