The Hon. Jess Gasper Jr. is a government, community, nonprofit, and business leader with experience spanning ministerial service, national legislative representation, nonprofit executive leadership, insurance and financial services, and automotive sales management.

Mr. Gasper is the Minister in Assistance to the President and of Environment for the Republic of the Marshall Islands, while also serving as Senator for Kili-Bikini-Ejit.
