iDesign

The Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning is excited to launch in partnership with the USM, additional instructional design support services.  iDesign Instructional Design Support Specialists are a “helpline” available to respond to your online course questions. This service includes The Faculty Learning Hub a robust resource of educational guides.

If you have a team in your school and want access to templates or educational technology tools supported by UMB, please seek your school-specific team contacts.  If you need supplemental help, please self-enroll in The Faculty Learning Hub at UMB, and request iDesign Instructional Design Support specialists.

Here are some ideas about how we can help:

  • Course planning
  • Assignment creation
  • Using Blackboard for your courses
  • Planning for your synchronous class sessions and ways to use Zoom

If you are interested in setting up a consultation, access the Faculty Learning Hub. You may also email or call 1-888-646-2344.
