Jeremiah Savage leverages hands-on experience in case management, community outreach, and therapeutic support to strengthen his commitment to fostering community empowerment. His dedication to helping others led him to EMBRACE, where he works to ensure individuals and families have access to the resources and guidance they need to thrive. At EMBRACE, Jeremiah connects clients to critical community services, coordinates referrals to address diverse needs, and supervises multiple social work interns from various Universities at the EMBRACE Resource and Re-entry Center. His work emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and empowering community members to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
