Priyasmita Roy brings over a decade of experience in data, policy, and community engagement, focusing on equity-driven initiatives that strengthen civic institutions and empower individuals. Guided by her life philosophy — “be the change you want to see” — she brings a value-driven approach to leadership by emphasizing empathy, accountability, and collective impact. At EMBRACE, Priyasmita serves as the Director of Research and Evaluation, leading data strategy, program evaluation, and insight-driven improvement to advance equitable and effective community programs. Through her work, she ensures that EMBRACE’s efforts remain evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with community needs.
