Yale Partlow brings over a decade of experience in public safety, focusing on community-based crime reduction, arrest diversion, and mental health crisis intervention. His dedication to violence prevention and youth engagement reflects his commitment to building a safer and healthier community. At EMBRACE, Yale serves as the Director of Equity and Justice Programs, where he designs and leads community violence intervention & prevention initiatives, and supports justice-involved youth through partnerships with municipal agencies, state government, and local service providers. His work promotes equitable access to resources and effective crime reduction strategies.
