Shaped by his own experience with incarceration and the opportunities created by the Juvenile Restoration Act, Gordon Pack is a devout advocate for criminal, juvenile, and restorative justice. His work centers on prison reform, second chances, and advancing the reintegration of returning citizens through collaboration and community empowerment. Gordon serves as a Re-Entry Coordinator at EMBRACE, developing individualized case plans, guiding re-entry navigation, and connecting clients with community resources. He uses his lived experience to mentor others and ensure a smooth and successful reintegration process. His work centers on restoring hope and opportunity to justice-involved individuals.
