Special Murray has over a decade of experience in administrative leadership across mental health, higher education, and healthcare settings. Growing up in the Baltimore City foster care system and navigating the challenges of adolescence in her community inspired her passion for youth advocacy and community impact. As Operations Manager at EMBRACE, Special oversees organizational processes and helps develop innovative strategies to support young people and strengthen families. Working with Embrace has given her the opportunity to fulfill her lifelong goal of creating meaningful change in community. Her work ensures programs are effective, efficient, and responsive to community needs.
