EJ Fuller’s dedication to community betterment is reflected in his long-standing work serving underserved families. His journey in social work began while working at a youth development organization, where his passion for helping others took root and grew as he advanced in leadership roles within the nonprofit sector. He went on to serve as Development Director before becoming CEO and Executive Director of the Robert W. Johnson Community Center, further deepening his commitment to empowering misunderstood and marginalized communities. At EMBRACE, EJ serves as a Senior Family Navigator where he connects families with essential resources, provides guidance through life’s challenges, and advocates for stronger, more resilient communities. His work embodies his life’s purpose to make a lasting, positive impact in the community where he lives, works, and calls home.
