    Aaron Daley

    Senior Family Navigator

    Email: aaron.daley@umaryland.edu

Aaron Daley is a dedicated professional with a strong background in talent development, case coordination, and family advocacy.  Through his professional experiences in leadership, housing operations, and community engagement, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when navigating complex systems of support. His passion for supporting families and ensuring they have access to critical resources that empower them to thrive led him to  EMBRACE, where he plays a vital role in bridging gaps between families and essential services. At EMBRACE, Aaron serves as a Senior Family Navigator, advocating for and managing services for multiple families to ensure they have access to housing, employment, mental health, education, and community resources. He also represents families during court proceedings, coordinates with social service agencies, and develops strategies to strengthen inter-agency communication and improve outcomes. Aaron finds purpose in making a meaningful impact on families’ lives and remains committed to fostering collaboration, empathy, and resilience within the communities he serves.
