Ihsane Abdeddaim was born in Morocco and raised in Baltimore, where she witnessed the power of strong communities and how they transform lives. Inspired by her experiences and driven by her interest in data and technology, she is passionate about using her skills to strengthen and support her community. Alongside her creative work, running a small business, she applies her interest in data and technology to solving real-world problems. At EMBRACE, Ihsane serves as a Data Intern, organizing and analyzing information to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes. In this role, she connects her skills and passions to initiatives that strengthen communities and create meaningful impact.
