To ensure a new protocol or modification to an existing protocol is discussed at the next scheduled IBC meeting, it is the Principal Investigator's responsibility to ensure both of the following conditions are met:

  1. The initial submission was made on or before the Submission Deadline.

  2. If the protocol was returned to the study team by an IBC analyst for changes, it must be resubmitted by the end of the Time Allocated to Make Changes.
