Stacey Rose
Dr. Stacey Rose (she/her) is a compassionate educator and coach who brings over a decade of experience working with adult learners across higher education, government, and nonprofit spaces. As UMB’s Core Values Program Director, she helps ensure that UMB is who we say we are. Stacey's academic journey started with a BA in Religious Studies from Wells College, followed by an MEd in Human Sexuality and an MSW from Widener University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from New York University. At the heart of all her work is a deep belief in the power of understanding our identities to lead, connect, and transform. With expertise in inclusive education, trauma-informed practice, and leadership development, Stacey creates welcoming spaces for self-reflection, identity exploration, and meaningful growth. Stacey helps people name what matters most and take confident steps to make a difference.
