Enabling access to Azure for School IT groups

This project involves networking set up, administration/billing operations, permissions and providing the school IT groups the ability to stand up servers.
Replace Cisco VPN with Palo Alto VPN
Completed - 8-11-2022
We moved our VPN from the Cisco solution to the Palo Alto solution.
MediaSite and MyMediaSite to the Cloud

We moved both our applications MediaSite and MyMediaSite to the Cloud
Wired and wireless network upgrades in residence halls
Completed - 8-26-2022
Upgraded the networks in Pascault Row and Fayette Housing residence halls with wired and wireless networks.
Shibboleth Upgrade
Completed - 9-15-2022
An upgrade to Shibboleth, the application that drives our Single Sign-On, was needed due to a new workflow for Duo, the application we use for multi-factor authentication.
Give Campus Implementation

This project replaced the online philanthropy giving system Give Corp with the new system, Give Campus.
HCM Discovery Phase
Completed - 9-30-2022
This was the Discovery phase for choosing a solution to replace the PeopleSoft human capital management system.
Banner Self Service 9 Implementation

Implemented the Student and Faculty modules of Banner Self Service (SSB) v9.
Shibboleth move to Azure
Completed - 10-22-2022
Moved Shibboleth, the application that drives our Single Sign-On, from physical servers and into the Azure cloud environment.
Decommission eUMB - Financials and Raven

Decommissioned both Financials and Raven from eUMB.
Wireless connectivity for Community Engagement Center Tax Prep Services
Completed - 1-27-2023
Assisted the Community Engagement Center with ensuring their tax prep services for the neighborhood community used the proper security encryption.

Terminal 4 (T4) Upgrade

Upgraded Terminal 4 (T4), the web content management tool, to a Linux environment. Included converting ASP applications to PHP and upgrading PHP to v8.
LDAP – MFA Compliance
Completed - 3-31-2023
Ensure that all applications that still use LDAP are either protected by MFA in some manner, or have a documented exception why they cannot be MFA protected.
Veeam implementation in Azure
