Dr. Coats provides strategic leadership for enterprise technology spanning all areas of the IT infrastructure (network, datacenter, and cloud services), research computing, AI and digital transformation, identity management, web development, and IT training and communications.
He holds a Doctor of Science degree in Applied Information Technology, a Master of Science degree in Information Technology, an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
