The Executive Sponsors for the Concur Travel and Expense project are Scott Bitner, Vice President for Finance and Auxiliary Services and Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and Diane Faranetta, Associate Vice President, Enterprise Applications.

The Concur Travel and Expense project team is led by project managers Luke Quell, Acting Director of Business Applications, and Lakshmi Kinnera, Applications Development Manager, Integrations​ and includes representatives from schools and departments from all across UMB.

The Advisory Council is composed of senior-level administrators who provide advice and input to the project team on policy changes, timing, staffing implications, and other impacts of the new system and business processes.
