A member of the UMB community for 16-plus years and with 25-plus years of health care administration experience, Karen Park serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Director for Strategic Projects in the Office of the Senior Vice President. Previously, she worked in the University of Maryland School of Medicine as director of administration and business development in the Department of Anesthesiology and as a division administrator in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics. Pursuing her DBA, Karen earned her MBA from the Johns Hopkins University-Carey Business School and her MA from Loyola University Maryland.
