The Programming Committee shall consist of the Programming Coordinator of the USGA, who shall serve as its Chair, and as many other members of the USGA Senate necessary to accomplish the goals of the USGA.
Committee members will be selected by the Secretary and shall not consist of any member of the Appropriations Committee.
The Programming Committee is responsible for developing and planning the activities and programs for the USGA Senate. The Committee shall present an itemized budget request to the Senate for approval.
The Committee will present a report to the Senate as required by the President.
