The Appropriations Committee shall consist of the Treasurer, who shall serve as its Chair, the Vice -President, and at least four other members of the Senate approved by the President. In the absence of the Vice President, another executive board member will attend the meeting instead. If another executive board member is unable to attend, the meeting will be rescheduled.
The Appropriations Committee is responsible for creating a mechanism through which the USGA allocates its funds by upholding Standing Order One and its amendments.
The Appropriations Committee shall review budget requests and present to the USGA Senate a proposed budget disbursement schedule for organizations requesting funds.
