Cyclethon

Are you up to the challenge? Put yourself to the test with an hour-and-a-half cycling marathon! Want to tag in a friend to complete the milestone? Feel free to bring along a few friends to share the responsibility and complete the full 90 minutes. The class will be split up into three 30-minute segments and each segment will have its own instructor. The person who is starting the class must check in and register beforehand, but any friends that you want to "tag" in to complete part of the class must sign in on the waiver outside of the studio. No online registration is required for those "tagging in." Registration takes place 24 hours before the class. Spots are limited, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible. All participants will receive a Rec Day T-shirt and some URecFit swag.

Inflatable Obstacle Course

Find your inner child and challenge yourself to a timed obstacle course race! Each participant will receive a Rec Day T-shirt and some URecFit swag *Only While Supplies Last*. The fastest time also will receieve a special prize!

Paddleboard Yoga

Ever wondered what it was like to practice yoga on the water? Well, now is your chance! We are brining Paddleboard Yoga to URecFit for the first time ever. Don't miss your chance to be part of history! We will be practicing a combination of hatha and vinyasa yoga. Registration takes place 24 hours before each class. Spots are extremely limited, so be sure to sign up as soon as possible. All participants will receive a Rec Day T-shirt and some URecFit swag.
