Inflatable Obstacle Course

Find your inner child and challenge yourself to a timed obstacle course race! Each participant will receive a Rec Day T-shirt and some URecFit swag *Only While Supplies Last*. The fastest time also will receieve a special prize!

Healthy Snacking Demo

Nutrition is the key to a healthy lifestyle and a healthy life. One factor to nutrition is keeping health snacks on hand. Healthy snacking improves overall health, curbs cravings, fights weight gain, regulates mood, boosts brain power and gives you the energy you need to keep going all day. Stop by the URecFit 4th floor for a reusable snack bag to fill up with healthy snacks of your choice to keep you fueled during a study session.

  • 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. 

Log Rolling

Don't forget your bathing suit! Stop in and challenge yourself to a low impact fitness activity with high rewards. Stepping back and forth on a spinning Key Log improves balance, footwork, core strength and cardiovascular endurance. Each Log Rolling participant will recieve a towel giveaway!

Personal Training Information Table

Are you interested in advice from one of our highly trained personal trainers? On Friday, Feb. 21 we will have personal trainers on the fitness floor providing advice and giving guidance on training and technique.
