Our SPAC team is pleased to announce that we will be adopting VEOCI, a modern, centralized platform designed to streamline communication, improve coordination, and enhance the efficiency of our daily operations. This new platform reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
Why We Are Adopting VEOCI
Through our ongoing communication with departments, it has become clear that moving away from scattered emails, manual processes, and delayed response times is essential. VEOCI provides a unified environment where tasks, forms, workflows, and communication can be managed in one place. This will help reduce delays, minimize errors, and ensure that information is accessible when and where it is needed.
How VEOCI Will Benefit You
VEOCI offers several advantages that will directly support your work, including:
- Centralized communication that strengthens coordination between SPAC and departments
- Real‑time visibility into tasks, requests, and project status
- Streamlined workflows that reduce manual steps and improve turnaround times
- Easy‑to‑use forms and dashboards tailored to our processes
- Faster response and resolution for operational needs
- A paperless, organized system that keeps documentation in one place
Our goal is to make your day‑to‑day responsibilities easier, more efficient, and better supported.
How VEOCI Will Be Implemented
The platform will be launched in two phases:
- Phase 1: Email Communication Change with go‑live date of 2/16/2026
- Phase 2: Forms and Streamlined Workflows with anticipated go‑live date of 3/16/2026
Platform Presentation
To help everyone become familiar with VEOCI, we will be hosting a live platform presentation during the RAC meeting on Thursday, 2/12/2026. This session will provide an overview of the system, outline the changes included in Phase 1 of the implementation, and address any questions.
Following the presentation, we will proceed with the full implementation of Phase 1, with the platform scheduled to go live on Monday, 2/16/2026. To further reinforce understanding of the system, an additional demonstration will be offered during the SPA/SPAC meeting on Wednesday, 2/18/2026.
