Lead Research Project Coordinator
Kennedy Hinnant serves as the Lead Research Project Coordinator for the Physician Assistant Leadership and Learning Academy (PALLA) at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. In this role, she manages research and evaluation initiatives, supports grant-funded programs, and works closely with partners and stakeholders to advance leadership development and strengthen the physician assistant workforce.
Kennedy holds a Master of Public Health and brings experience in program evaluation, community-engaged research, and public health initiatives across academic and nonprofit settings. She is passionate about health equity, collaborative learning, and using research to drive meaningful change.
