Award Timeline and Frequency
This award is given out monthly, and nominations are accepted year-round.
Nominations must be submitted by the end of each month. At the beginning of the next month, the recognition committee votes to choose a winner. The winner will be notified during the following month.
Nominees will remain eligible for the award for four consecutive months from the submission date. If not selected within this period, they can be nominated again.
