How We Support You
The Talent Recruitment team manages staff hiring while overseeing the processes, systems, and outreach initiatives that support recruitment across the University. Committed to connecting skilled professionals with career opportunities, we ensure an efficient and effective hiring process by:
- Managing staff recruitment and job postings
- Conducting criminal background and reference checks
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to assist in attracting talent, meeting staffing needs, and promoting employment opportunities
- Utilizing sourcing strategies and outreach strategies to engage candidates and expand applicant pools
- Building relationships with community organizations, partners, and recruitment agencies
- Managing employer branding to attract candidates
- Conducting initial candidate screenings
- Establishing and maintaining a talent pipeline
