How We Support You

Through insights and analysis of the UMB workforce, leaders responsible for strategy compliance and reporting can access data reports to confidently engage in decision-making that supports the university’s goals.

We assist with:

• Analytics: developing measures to include summary statistics and visualizations on an as-needed basis.
• Reporting: workforce and applicant metrics delivered through regularly published or ad hoc reports.
• Consulting: The DAR team is available to help review and assess needs to understand data better prior to completing analysis.
• Data Literacy: communicate and explain findings to various audiences in a way that is easily understood.
• Outreach: educate users about the data, information, and tools available
• Data governance and requests
• HR systems and website administration
• HR data management

Data and Report Request

This form is used to submit data or report requests to UMB's HR Data Analytics & Reporting team. DAR team provides current and historical employee and applicant data, HR data analysis, data visualizations/dashboards, and ad hoc or scheduled HR data reporting. Once the form is submitted, it is reviewed by HR Data Analytics & Reporting. You will be contacted to confirm your request and for possible questions regarding your request. The expected turnaround time will be provided and depends on the complexity of the request.
