How We Support You
To engage the talent community, ELD offers the following programs and services:
- Professional Development – offering learning opportunities through signature programs such as SPARK!, Emerging Leaders, Career Essentials, and Lean into Learning.
- Percipio – engaging through UMB’s eLearning platform to assist employees with enhancing capabilities, competencies, and performance.
- Career Development Services – providing support to staff in personalized career counseling, skills assessments, and career planning.

Leadership Development and Employee Training
Our UMB employees have many opportunities to acquire knowledge and hone their leadership skills. Our programs include Lean into Learning! Series, Lean into Learning! Supervisor Series, Emerging Leaders, our SPARK! Supervisor Academy, and more.

Consultation
We conduct assessments of environmental and employee needs and recommend customized solutions such as action planning, team and professional development interventions, and process evaluation.
Training and Development
We curate learning experiences to help employees acquire knowledge and skills. These activities include professional development, leadership development, supervisory training, and eLearning.
Facilitation
We guide participants in the generation and analysis of ideas, proposed solutions and actions through effective facilitation of meetings, retreats, and team interventions.
