Experience Survey Results
Experience surveys at UMB aim to attract, cultivate, and retain an engaged workforce grounded in our core values, accountability, transparency, and effectiveness. These surveys help us better understand what we are doing well and identify opportunities for improvement.
The 2022 Staff Experience Survey helped us better understand employee perceptions of institutional, departmental, and supervisory factors that impact their work experiences and performance. The goal is to continue building and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and ensure full integration of UMB's core values into the staff experience.
The 2023 Faculty Experience Survey PDF helped to identify areas where faculty experience respect and integrity in relationship to the institution, to better support and sustain faculty well-being and to further non-discriminatory practices at UMB.
