Description: The goal for this project is to replace all the helpdesk ticketing platforms at UMB with one solution. The system SysAid, currently used by the School of Medicine, has been chosen to expand as the helpdesk ticketing platform across campus. The SysAid system appears to be configured for all the schools. We are receiving Jira integration enhancements at the start of July and will work this into the configuration so that tier-2 ticket processing can take place in that system.
