The University of Maryland Center for Cyber, Health and Hazard Strategies (CHHS) helps governments, health systems, and organizations strengthen resilience through expert services in emergency preparedness, cyber response, continuity of operations, and planning for vulnerable populations. Our specialties include COOP and emergency operations planning, cybersecurity risk assessments and incident response, functional needs and sheltering strategies, and customized trainings, exercises, and policy guidance that help communities protect critical systems and recover quickly in times of crisis.
